Kayaks
Please be aware that each kayak is individually crafted, and as a result, there may be slight variations in colour, finish and weight from one kayak to another. As all of our kayaks are custom-made by hand, once they are completed, they cannot be refunded or returned.
After you’ve placed your order and paid a deposit if you wish to cancel or modify your order and the kayak has not yet entered production, any potential refund will be at our discretion. This is due to the specialized materials and products we may have already ordered for your kayak. Once the production has started only very limited modifications can be made at our discretion.
Accessories
Unused accessories in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund, minus any shipping fees. Please make sure to notify us on info@paddlingperfection.co.nz before returning any products. We reserve the right to refuse the return/refund of items received in non-resalable condition, returned after 7 days or without notifying us.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, please contact us on info@paddlingperfection.co.nz to arrange the replacement.
If you ordered wrong size and need to exchange it for a different size, please send us an email at info@paddlingperfection.co.nz to discuss the exchange. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
